TAKO Digital Customer Support Service is designed to achieve our customers' satisfaction by meeting all their requirements and needs.

Our Support Service helps with all technical problems, providing high degree of accessibility via phone, e-mail and Support Request Form. TAKO Digital will be the only contact you need the solution for your problem.

Warranty

TAKO Digital offers 1-year standard warranty for the hardware. It covers hardware repair or replacement of any defective component. Warranty is valid from the date of delivery. Under normal circumstances, a repair takes one business week. Customer Service supports for repair or replacement parts from 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday through Friday except holidays).

24/7

TAKO Digital does not usually offer 24/7 technical support. However, it can be provided to large customers if specific agreements are reached in advance.

Onsite Service

Hardware diagnosed by us as being defective could be repaired or replaced onsite. Onsite Service provides an effective onsite hardware support during standard business hours. We will respond as soon as possible and no later than the next business day.
